4-week mindfulness classes

Learn 8 essential mindfulness skills over four weeks. Each session covers 2-3 meditation practices, supported by an app for daily 5-20 minute practice with guided meditations. This structured approach provides accountability and takes the guesswork out of building a mindfulness practice and habit.

Workshops for businesses 

We can scale our training into 2-3 hour  workshops for businesses that prefer a more condensed program. These workshops are ideal for integrating wellness programs for employees or clients.
